Italian Mac and Cheese

First we use some amazing, aged Prosciutto from the Di Parma region of Italy, thinly sliced, then some sliced pancetta, our home made mornay sauce, fontina cheese, our house-smoked mozzarella cheese, and seasoned panko breadcrumbs.
Served on fresh Creste di Gallo pasta, and finished with imported parmesan cheese and fresh parsley
